Greek Linden is used to make a nourishing, sweet, delicate, floral tea. This relaxing nervine tea helps to calm the nervous system, eases tension and anxiety, and soothes digestion. Perfect as a sleep-inducing bedtime tea.

Use 2 teaspoons of dried herb per cup of water. Pour boiling water over herbs and steep, covered for 10-15 minutes, or let sit up to 4 hours to create a nourishing herbal infusion. Strain, and enjoy. (Refrigerate and reheat infusion when ready to consume)
