Gotu Kola: Raw Organic- The Light Cellar

Story:

An "elixir of life" that is said to stimulate Chi, the life force. Favourite food for elephants and traditionally used to promote calmness and relaxation, improve memory and concentration, strengthen the central nervous system and assist with wound healing. It increases brain levels of GABA, inducing a relaxing effect helping to reduce stress and depression. 

Tea infusion: Add 2-3 tsp to 1 cup boiling water. Steep 5-10 min. Strain. Or make a tincture. Often used with bacopa.
